Jennifer Connelly in A Winter's Tale Akiva Goldsman

Jennifer Connelly has entered into negotiations to turn in the film A Winter's Tale.

According to the website Deadline, the actress tops to collaborate again with his favorite director Akiva Goldsman (A Beautiful Mind) and actor Russell Crowe.

The film tells the story of a woman on her deathbed - played by British actress revealed in the series Downton Abbey, Jessica Brown Findlay - falling in love with a thief (Colin Farrell) who is introduced in his house, the action takes place in Manhattan.

Jennifer will play the role of the mother of the deceased in the future adapted from the novel by Mark Helprin.

William Hurt, Will Smith, Matt Bomer, Lucy Griffiths and Eva Marie will also be part of the cast.
