Jessica Chastain will be in The Zookeeper's Wife

Jessica Chastain - The Oscar-nominated actress for Zero Dark Thirty is officially part of the cast of The Zookeeper's Wife, the adaptation of the novel by Diane Ackerman.

The story takes place during World War II in Warsaw Zoo where Jan and Antonina Zabinski began their "traffic Jews" through empty cages of animals. The couple also hosted a dozen home for Jews that the Nazis destroyed the city.

Niki Caro is the realization while Angela Workman has written the screenplay. Panorama finance and product and hope to return to Cannes with this project. Jessica Chastain will star Mama, a horror movie, May 15.
